Before returning any product, GlobalChipSupply requires customers to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For items shipped directly by GlobalChipSupply, returns must be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date. In cases where products are dispatched by a marketplace vendor, the return window is limited to 15 days from the invoice date.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition that reflects their new state.

Please note that if a return is rejected—due either to customer error or the absence of a quality issue—GlobalChipSupply reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to return the product to the customer.
